Q. The application is asking me for a UserID and Password, but I did not receive one. How do I log in?
A. Please use your Netflix username and password to log into the application. If you don’t have a Netflix account and you live in the U.S., you can sign up for one at www.netflix.com.
Q. I receive the error: “Unable to Connect” when I try to log in. What should I do?
A. On the application’s Options screen, try changing the Connection Type from BES to BIS. There have been a few cases where BES users were unable to connect using BIS. This may be due to policy restrictions on your company’s BES.
Q: When I try to log in with my Netflix username and password, the application displays the “Retrieving Data” message but never logs in.
A:Please reset your device's firewall by following the instructions below:
* Under the device's options, select Security Options > Firewall
* From the menu, select "Reset Settings". You likely won't get any visual feedback from this.
Then navigate back to the app and try logging in again. You will be prompted to allow the HTTP connection(s) -- make sure to Always Allow these requests.
Q. I don’t have a Netflix account. Can I use the Movela: Netflix Queue Manager?
A. You must be a Netflix subscriber to use Movela: Netflix Queue Manager. You can sign up for a Netflix account at www.netflix.com.
Q. I had to wipe my Blackberry device. Can I re-download my Movela Applications without having to pay for them again?
A. Yes! You can re-download the application from the MyWorld section of the Blackberry App World. If your applications don’t show up in the MyWorld section, select the Login option from the menu and it should refresh the list of applications that you have purchased.
Q: Is it possible to browse movies by genre in the Movela: Netflix Queue Manager application?
A: This functionality will be coming soon, so stay tuned. All paid Movela customers will automatically receive the new functionality as soon as it is available.
Q: I don’t have a PayPal account but would like to purchase your application on BlackBerry App World using a credit card. Can I?
A: No, PayPal is the only way to purchase the apps listed in BlackBerry App World at this time.
Q: Can I watch movies in the Movela: Netflix Queue Manager application?
A: No, the application does not offer the ability to watch streaming movies at this time.
Q: How can I see the other queues on my account?
A: On Netflix.com, one main account can have several sub accounts that can each have their own queues. Each of these sub accounts has its own login name and password that you can use to log into the Netflix website and manage the queue for that sub account individually. The same applies to Movela: Netflix Queue Manager—you can log into the application with each of the sub accounts (using the sub account username and password) and manage the queue of that sub account separately from the main account.
Q: I live in Canada. Can I sign up for Movela: Netflix Queue Manager?
A: No. Movela: Netflix Queue Manager is available only to U.S.-based Netflix subscribers.
Q: I do not have a Netflix account yet but I want to download Movela: Netflix Queue Manager. Can I create a Netflix account from the BlackBerry application?
A: No, you should create an account at Netflix.com first, and then download the Movela BlackBerry application. Once you have a valid Netflix ID and Password, you will be able to log into the Movela: Netflix Queue Manager.
Q. Which BlackBerry devices are supported by Movela: Netflix Queue Manager?
A. Any BlackBerry device running OS 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 4.6, and 4.7 is supported. (Note: At this time, the BlackBerry Storm is the only device supported on OS 4.7).
